Raffle Manager Pro

Raffle Manager Pro is a tool for organizers who run prize draws at events, fundraisers and promotions. This policy explains what the app stores, what leaves your device, and what it never collects.
The raffle information you enter stays on your device. We do not run servers that collect it, we cannot see it, and we do not sell or share it. The only information that leaves your device goes to Google and RevenueCat so that purchases and ads can work.
Everything you create in the app is saved locally in your phone or tablet's app storage:
None of this is transmitted anywhere. It is not backed up to us, and we have no way to read it. If you uninstall the app or clear its storage, this information is permanently deleted from your device, so export anything you want to keep first.
You may enter names of other people when you register participants. Because that data never leaves the device, we are not a recipient of it. You remain responsible for how you collect and use participant details, including telling participants what you are collecting and following any privacy laws that apply where your event takes place.
Subscriptions, lifetime unlocks and add-on packs are processed by Google Play Billing. Purchase status is managed on our behalf by RevenueCat, Inc., which tells the app which features you are entitled to.
We never see or handle your card number, bank details or billing address. Those are handled entirely by Google. RevenueCat receives an anonymous customer identifier, your purchase and receipt details, the country your store account is registered in, and basic device and app version information.
The free plan displays banner ads supplied by Google AdMob. To serve those ads, AdMob may access your device's advertising ID along with general information such as device type, coarse location derived from your IP address, and ad interactions. This is used to show ads and to measure them.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Settings → Google → Ads on your Android device. Subscribing to any paid plan removes ads from the app entirely.

If you send feedback from inside the app, the app opens your own email application with a message prepared for you. Nothing is sent until you press send, and you can edit or delete the message first. If you do write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
Raffle Manager Pro is designed for adults organizing events and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised policy.
